Vesper runs in the browser at vesper.wazuh.com. Nothing needs to be installed to ask questions. The connector is only needed later, for the agent to work on a real deployment.
Sign in with Wazuh ID
Vesper uses Wazuh ID, the single sign-on of the Wazuh Labs ecosystem. There is no separate Vesper password, and no other way in. One account works across Vesper, the Hub and every sibling service.
- Open vesper.wazuh.com and choose Sign in with Wazuh ID.
- The browser goes to
id.wazuh.com. Sign in there, or register if there is no Wazuh ID yet. - It returns to Vesper authenticated.
What happens on a first sign-in
A first sign-in ends on a Start here screen. What happens next depends on something that is not visible from that screen, so it is worth knowing in advance. There are three outcomes:

| The organization is new to Vesper | Creates the workspace, and this person becomes its admin. |
The second row surprises people. One organization is one workspace, so a second colleague signing in independently does not get a workspace of their own. They join the existing one, and they join it as a user rather than an admin, no matter that nobody invited them.
Vesper is in closed beta and is enabled per organization. If an organization has not been granted access, Start here refuses with a message saying so, and the account cannot proceed. The same refusal appears if the check itself cannot be completed, because activation deliberately fails closed rather than letting an ungranted organization through.
The workspace boundary
An organization is a tenant. Questions, environments, agent runs, usage and team membership are all scoped to it, and nothing one organization does in Vesper is visible to another.
Inside a workspace the boundaries are not uniform, which matters when deciding who to invite:
- Conversations are private per person. A colleague cannot read, rename or continue somebody else's Answers or agent conversations.
- The changes ledger is shared. Every member sees what the agent proposed or applied across all environments.
- The team roster is shared. Any member can see who else is in the workspace, not only admins.
What arrives on day one
- A lifetime service credit, no card required, which covers the first questions and agent runs. It does not reset monthly. See Billing.

Signing out
Signing out of Vesper does two things beyond closing the tab. It ends every Vesper session on every device, not just this browser, and it ends the shared Wazuh ID sign-in, so the next attempt asks for credentials instead of silently resuming the previous account.
It does not close sessions already open in other Wazuh Labs consoles. Those continue until they expire on their own.
